MEET NADIA
Nadia Durham is a Costume Designer and Wardrobe Stylist based in Atlanta, Georgia. Her creative path began at the prestigious Arts High School in Newark, NJ, where she majored in theater and discovered her passion for storytelling through costume. As costume mistress for celebrated productions like Little Shop of Horrors, To Be Young, Gifted & Black, and The Laramie Project, Nadia found her calling in character and design.
She went on to earn a B.A. in Fashion Management from The Art Institute of Atlanta, graduating in 2011 with the distinguished Best in Show Award. Nadia’s career quickly expanded to New York City, where she served as assistant to the creative director at YRB Magazine. There, she styled editorial and commercial shoots featuring stars like Brandy, Ne-Yo, 30 Seconds to Mars, LaLa Anthony, and Hosea Chanchez, along with campaigns for Ashley Stewart.
In film and television, Nadia has contributed her talents to a range of high-profile productions. She served as a Costume Shopper on Black Lightning (Seasons 3 & 4) and Copshop, and worked as Assistant Costume Designer on Harold and the Purple Crayon as well as BMF (Seasons 3 & 4). Most recently, she stepped into the role of Costume Designer for projects like Original Sound, Flames and Morimoto’s Sushi Master.
Nadia also contributed to projects like Queer Eye, Queens, Woke, Average Joe and Instant Dream Home, showcasing her versatility across genres and formats.
Now based in Atlanta, Nadia continues to bring bold creativity, professionalism, and narrative vision to every project. Her work reflects a deep love for character, culture, and collaboration.
